I'm an artist.

But I don't create with paint or charcoal. Instead, I work with words and pictures.

Writing is my favorite creative outlet. During my college and professional careers, I've had opportuinities to write academic, informational and persuasive pieces. Words have great power, and as I writer, I have the privilege and skill to use them to impact the world around me.

My love of design is rooted in my love for the written word. Layout and design allow me to combine visual elements and give words even more impact. My philosophy: Good design is simple and elegent, and it enhances its content. My weapon of choice: Adobe Creative Suite and my trusty MacBook Pro.
